By accessing or using the SahaayaNet website, downloading our Android applications, or registering for any platform service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from accessing our website or installing applications in the SahaayaNet software suite.
Use of Services
SahaayaNet provides digital civic tools including SOS emergency alerting (Sahaaya Emergency), AI navigation assistance (SafeRoute), career mentorship matchmaking (Sahaaya Career), lost item tracking (LostLink), surplus food donation coordination (FoodSave), and OPD ticket queue management (QueueLess).
You agree to use these services solely for lawful, responsible, and personal or community-oriented civic purposes in compliance with local regulations.
User Responsibilities
When utilizing SahaayaNet applications or interacting with other community members, you are strictly required to:

Provide Accurate Information: Ensure your registered contact details, emergency contacts, and profile data are genuine and up to date.

Do Not Misuse Applications: Avoid broadcasting false SOS alerts in Sahaaya Emergency or filing fake missing listings in LostLink.

Respect Other Users: Maintain courteous and non-harassing communication during career mentorship or food rescue handoffs.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software code, visual design elements, trademarks, logos, brand assets, and proprietary algorithms within SahaayaNet and its sub-applications remain the exclusive intellectual property of SahaayaNet.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and run our applications on supported personal devices for non-commercial civic utility.
Application Downloads & APK Packages
Official Android application packages (APKs) are made available through our Download Center.
Users must obtain APK downloads strictly from official SahaayaNet domain URLs to ensure package integrity and SHA-256 digital signature authenticity. SahaayaNet bears no responsibility for compromised packages downloaded from unauthorized third-party mirrors.
Limitation of Liability
SahaayaNet services and applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accurate GPS data, SahaayaNet is not liable for indirect damages, network carrier outages, hardware incompatibility, or delayed response times during emergency situations. Users are encouraged to contact official municipal emergency services (e.g. 112/100/108) alongside app usage.
Updates & Service Changes
We continuously improve our platform. SahaayaNet reserves the right to modify application features, issue over-the-air performance patches, or deprecate legacy APIs at any time without prior notice.

Account & Access Termination
SahaayaNet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts or block device IP addresses that engage in prohibited activities or violate these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable cyber laws and regulations of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
